Booking / Cancellation

We will take a credit card number to secure your booking and ask you to let us know in advance if you cannot attend your appointment. Unfortunately cancellations made within 24hrs of your appointment will be charged the full price of the treatment.  Larger bookings may require a longer notice of cancellation and will be quoted at the time of booking.

Groups

Where more than three people attend the Spa together this will constitute a group and is subject to the terms and conditions of our Indulgent Gatherings services. Please note that conditions of use are designed to ensure the comfort and experience of all our guests and management reserves the right to refuse entry and apply full cancellation charges.

Additional Information

For medical and legal reasons the Spa has a minimum age of 16 years both for the facilities and treatments.

Our best reward is your personal recommendation. Gratuities are therefore left to your discretion.
