1. Avoid eating wheat and dairy

Wheat and dairy are often associated with bloating and are two foods that are difficult to digest. Eat healthy vegetables, pulses and nuts in their place.

2. Choose organic

Organic products are free from harmful chemicals and pesticides which can make you feel lathargic. Organics also contain more nutrients and minerals to keep you feeling healthy and fighting fit.

3. Don't get toxic while making yourself beautiful!

Use natural based products which are free from harmful chemicals and additives so keep your skin supple.

4. Drink more pure water

Your body is made up of over 70 percent water, so you need to take to to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day.

5. Reduce your mobile phone and television usage

Night time is the time when the body heals itself and having a mobile phone charging or the television on can be disruptive to sleeping patterns.
